Obituary for Addella Jean Demary

Addella Jean Demary, 66, of 365 Tyler Street, Pittsfield, died Wednesday, December 6, 2012, at Albany Medical Center.
Born in Pittsfield on December 7, 1945, a daughter of Daniel J. and Elizabeth
F. Bohlman Jordan, she was educated in Pittsfield schools.
At the time of her death, Mrs. Demary was a cashier at the Price Chopper
Supermarket in Pittsfield where she had worked eight years. She had, at one time,
worked at Hills and Ames department stores.
Mrs. Demary was a member of St. Stephen's Episcopal Church.
She enjoyed ceramics, and her family, especially her grandchildren.
She leaves her husband, Francis F. Demary, whom she married August 5, 1964,
in Pittsfield. Besides her husband, Mrs. Demary is survived by a son, Douglas J. Demary and
his companion, Penny Fletcher, of Pittsfield; two daughters, Mary A. Crippa and her
husband, Michael, of Pittsfield, and Diana D. Bellinger and her husband, Bruce, of Cheshire; two brothers, Frederick Jordan and his wife Gayl, of Pittsfield, and Daniel J. Jordan, Jr., and his wife, Connie, of Chatham, New York; two sisters, Regina Parise of Pittsfield, and Amara O'Dell, of Pittsfield; as well as five grandsons, Karl Raimer, Corey Demary and his wife, Jayme, Mikee Crippa, Joshua Bellinger, and Alex Demary; and
many nieces and nephews.

FUNERAL NOTICE: Funeral services for Addella Jean Demary will be held Tuesday, December 11, at 11:00 a.m., at St. Stephen's Episcopal Church with Rev. Jennifer E. Gregg, Associate Rector, officiating. Burial will follow in Maple Street Cemetery in Hinsdale. Calling hours will be Monday from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. at DERY FUNERAL HOME. In lieu of flowers, contributions in memory of Mrs. Demary may be made to St. Stephen's Episcopal Church in care of the Funeral Home, 54 Bradford Street, Pittsfield.
