Obituary for Robert F "Bob" Stevens

Robert F "Bob"  Stevens
Robert “Bob” Stevens passed away at BMC on February 16, 2018. He was born September 4, 1938 to the late Harry R. Stevens and Mae L. (Hathaway) Stevens.

He was an avid Red Sox and New York Giants fan. He enjoyed watching the games on TV and attending Red Sox games at Fenway Park.

Before his illness, he was a volunteer at the Senior Center in Dalton for six years and worked as a Security Guard for the Sunday Lunch Program at the FCC in Dalton for nine years.

Mr. Stevens leaves behind his wife, Sharon (Sorrentino) and two step children, Lisa Reuss (Norman) of Springfield, VA and Brian Torrey (Kathy) of Dalton. He also leaves three nephews: Bryan, Kevin and Paul Scace.

Besides his parents he is predeceased by his sister, Patricia.

FUNERAL NOTICE: A memorial service for Bob will be held Wednesday February 28, 2018 at DERY-FOLEY FUNERAL HOME in Dalton at 11:00am with calling hours from 10:00-11:00am. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Berkshire Humane Society or the Dalton Fire Department in care of the funeral home.
