Joseph J.  Hall
Joseph J. Hall, 72, of Niverville, NY passed away on September 16, 2017 at Hillcrest Commons of Pittsfield. Born on February 15, 1945 in Albany, NY he was the son of the late Richard and Rose Cebula Hall. He proudly served his country in the United States Army National Guard during the Vietnam War. he was employed at one time at Allied Healthcare Products as a baralyme operator. The family is forever grateful for all the kind and ethical persons at Hillcrest Commons and Berkshire Medical Center in Pittsfield, MA who helped make his journey as a six year National Guard member and a seven year quadriplegic as comfortable and humanly dignified.

Joseph loved his family, animals, was a diehard auto racing fan, especially Lebanon Valley, sports enthusiast, rock and roll music, and playing the lottery. He especially loved living in his home on Kinderhook Lake. He leaves his wife; Caroline Hall, his daughter; Monica R. Hall. A son; Scott Hall and grandson; Christian Hall. His sister; Rosemary Koveleskie and his brother; John Hall as well as his nieces and nephews; Kevin Hall, Jimmy Hall and his wife Stephanie, Maureen VanTassel, Karen Sorros and her husband Chris, Jason Hall, Steven Koveleskie and his wife Lisa and Christina Koveleskie. He also leaves his great nieces and great nephews; Lukas Koveleskie, Nick Sorros, Jacob Sorros, Anna Sorros, Shannon VanTassel, Thomas VanTassel and Morgan Hall. He was predeceased by a brother, the late Robert Hall.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations in his memory would be graciously appreciated to the Kinderhook Elks Lodge #2530 Scholarship Fund, P.O. Box 514, Kinderhook, NY 12106.
There will be a Celebration of his Life in the spring of 2018.
