Obituary for Douglas Frederick Acetta Taliaferro
Douglas Frederick Acetta Taliaferro, 34, of Parker Street, passed away suddenly at his home on July 11, 2017. He was born in Pittsfield, MA on June 15, 1983, the son of Frederick D. Taliaferro of Pittsfield and the late Karen Acetta. He was educated in Pittsfield schools and was a 2000 graduate of Taconic High School.
Douglas had been employed at Burger King here in Pittsfield as an assistant manager for the last year and a half until his death.
Besides his father, he is survived by his sisters and brothers: Tina Watson, Mark Grimes, Jr., Tami Bass, Cheryl Walker, Fred Taliaferro, Jr., Renee Taliaferro, Steven Acetta, Nicole Heagler, and Crystal Slaydon; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
FUNERAL NOTICE A Memorial Service will be held FRIDAY, JULY 21, 2017 at NOON at the DERY FUNERAL HOME, 54 Bradford Street, Pittsfield. There are no calling hours.
